By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy and give your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data as described below. We collect personal data in the ways outlined below. The type of data may vary depending on whether you are a Brand or an Influencer.
A. Data Provided Directly by You
- Identity & Contact Data: name, email address, and phone number.
- Professional Data for Brands: company name, business details, website, industry, campaign objectives, budget, and target-audience specifications.
- Professional Data for Influencers: social media handles/URLs, content niche, audience metrics and demographics, and collaboration rate cards.
- Communications Data: responses to our questionnaires and any additional information you share while communicating with us.
B. Data from Third-Party Platforms (e.g., Meta)
When you interact with our Services via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger, we may receive data such as your public profile name and identifier, subject to your privacy settings and the platform’s API permissions.
C. Automatically Collected Data
- Log & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, and referring page. We use this information for analytics and security.
3. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
- Consent: you explicitly consent to the processing described here when you use our Services.
- Performance of a Contract: processing is necessary to deliver the Services that facilitate connections between Brands and Influencers.

- Service Fulfilment: influencer profiles are shared with prospective Brands, and Brand campaign data with prospective Influencers.
- Third-Party Service Providers: vendors that host, store, or process data for us (e.g., N8N, cloud hosting) under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Compliance & Protection: where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud.
- Business Transfer: your data may be transferred if we merge, acquire, or sell assets.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this Policy or to comply with legal requirements. When the data is no longer needed—or upon your valid request for erasure—we securely delete it.
